YES-you will need an up to date Passport to travel to Italy. Additionally, the EU is in the process of implementing the ETIAS program for which you may be required to register. SVMPA will keep you updated as to what the final requirements for your travel may be.

You must be at least a Freshman in High School. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian will be required to travel with you. Parents will be required to provide their own accommodations or enroll in the Language, Culture and Cuisine program.

At this time, there are no scholarships available. However, as SVMPA continues to grow we hope to offer scholarships in the future.

NO. Air travel is provided at the cost of the student.

Students will be housed in groups of 4 in bungalows which include 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living area.

Yes-as part of the program, students will be given free time at certain times to explore the local town, go to the beach, enjoy local cuisine, etc. The cost of these excursions is NOT included
